The Central Park Residence began as a pristine new-build condominium overlooking one of New York City’s most iconic views—yet the interior lacked the architectural character and functional layout the young family needed. Libarikian Interiors was brought in to transform this modern “white box” into a warm, refined home grounded in thoughtful design and elevated details.

Working within the existing structure, we reconfigured the floorplan to improve flow, create purposeful spaces, and enhance daily living. Custom millwork, integrated storage, and sculptural lighting added the architectural depth the apartment was missing, while a sophisticated materials palette softened the contemporary envelope.
